Special cabinets with plc\sil 1-2 requirements
Masterwatt is able to realize electrical panels dedicated to the control of its electric heaters. The panels are made in order to customize the control and functionality for power management in relation to customer needs. In this regard, the standards used envisage the execution of control panels according to the SIL 1 and SIL 2 standards for safety apparatus.
The executions may include the various customizations as follows:
- sensors and certified instrumentation in order to obtain safety chains according to SIL 1 and SIL 2
- Masterwatt is able to realize complex systems with standard PLC and safety PLC. The brand currently used for PLCs and HMI panels is SIEMENS, series S71200 / S71500 / LOGO! 8
