PIROSLIM are the nozzle heaters used in situations where the space between the mold and the nozzle is reduced.

They are made of continuous mica with a very low binder content, which guarantees high performance at temperatures not exceeding 350°C.

They are particularly suitable in applications where corrosive actions are present thanks to the stainless steel cover that contains them.

The dimensions provided vary from ⌀25 mm to ⌀100 mm up to 60 mm in length, with a specific power of 5 W/cm² so as to have an optimal heat supply in the injection area. The product can be supplied accessorised thermocouple Type “J” and certified according to EC regulations.
