Heat exchangers are designed for the heating of fluids in forced convection using armoured electrical resistors directly in contact with the fluid, ensuring effective heat transmission.

The product is designed according to the fluid and the application defined by the customer, thus defining specific powers and construction materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel for the mantle. The tailor-made design takes place through the use of a thermodynamic calculation software that allows you to analyse all the operating conditions and optimise both performance and load losses. Power management is entrusted to SCR (Solid Control Relais) control systems for optimal heating power regulation.

They are realised with powers up to 5MW and for project pressures up to 200 bar. At the customer’s request, they can also be supplied with thermal insulation.

Made with IP66-IP68 protection, they are certifiable for pressure devices in accordance with the PED Directive or the ASME code (including U-Stamp). For use in explosive areas they can be certified ATEX, IECEx, EAC, cCSAus, INMETRO.
