Electric heaters on cap are armoured heaters of compact size suitable for installation on tanks.

The heating elements can be assembled on brass or AISI 316 caps. The configuration varies according to the temperatures and the fluid to be treated, with specific powers up to 7 W/cm2.

The product is supplied with an aluminum, polycarbonate or AISI 316 electrical contact housing and can have a degree of protection IP40/IP65/IP66/IP67/IP68. On request, they can be made with NEMA 4X protection or without a case and accommodate up to two thermostats, temperature probes and thermocouples. The product is available in a wide range of supply voltages, both single-phase and three-phase with powers from 400W up to 16 kW.

The certifications available for safe area are CE, IEC, EAC and with UL-Recognised certified heated elements; while for use in ATEX, IECEx, EAC, UKCA explosive areas.
