UGLs combine the benefits of hermetic construction with high power values. They are suitable for applications where there are no tight footprint limits or in the presence of corrosive materials. They are made with continuous mica with a very low binder content, which guarantees high performance at temperatures not exceeding 350°C.

They are particularly suitable in applications where corrosive actions are present thanks to the stainless steel cover that allows for a hermetic execution.

The dimensions of the nozzle are supplied in standard sizes ranging from ⌀25 mm to ⌀100 mm up to 60 mm in length, with a specific power of 5 W/cm² so as to have an optimal heat supply in the injection area. The product can be supplied with an accessorised thermocouple Type “J” and certified according to CE regulations.
