BATTERIES

Heating batteries are designed to heat air or gas in ventilation ducts or pipes and typically use finned elements for efficient heat exchange.

The heating batteries are designed according to the process conditions and the characteristics of the system in which they are located, taking into account the customer’s requirements such as fluid temperature, specific power, load losses and maximum permissible surface temperature for the heating elements.

Define the definition of the temperature class to define the set of safety devices necessary to operate according to current regulations. The electrical contact housing can be Ex-d explosion-proof or Ex-e increased safety.

The certifications available for executions for safe area are CE, IEC, EAC and with UL-Recognised certified heated elements; while for use in explosive areas, they can be ATEX, IECEx, EAC, UK CA and INMETRO certified.
