The flange heaters are of variable sizes, suitable for installation on pipes or tanks, with a specific power that can reach 7 W/cm2.

The heater flanges are made of carbon steel (for low temperatures), AISI 304/316L or other materials such as nickel alloys, suitable for extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. They are normally supplied in accordance with international standards (EN1092-1, ASME B16.5…) but also according to the customer’s design.

The products are equipped with a housing with IP65/IP66/IP67/IP68 protection grade in carbon steel, Al, AISI 304 or AISI 316. On request made with Nema 4, Nema 4X housings or without a variable number of thermostats and/or temperature probes. Power supply voltages can be connected both single-phase and three-phase with powers from 400W up to 5MW.

The certifications available for safe areas are CE, IEC, EAC and with UL-Recognised certified heating elements; while ATEX, IECEx, EAC, UKCA, INMETRO and cCSAus certifications are available for use in explosive areas.
