Cast aluminum exchangers represent an indirect and monolithic heating system in which the heating elements and the fluid passage coil are incorporated into an aluminum block.

Aluminum exchangers are ideal for environments with limited space, on skis or platforms. Suitable for applications with constant process parameters, such as heating natural gas at high pressure up to 600 bar and with temperatures and powers up to 350 °C and 300 kW respectively. However, they are difficult to maintain since it does not allow the replacement of the internal heater.

The solution eliminates the need for secondary fluid and safety devices such as level sensors or expansion vessels, making the system extremely safe.

Feasible with IP66-IP68 protection and in addition to certifications for explosive areas such as ATEX, IECex, cCAUs, IN METRO; they are also certifiable for pressure appliances such as PED and ASME.
