MIKASTRIP heaters are made with continuous mica with a very low binder content and guarantee high performance up to temperatures of 280°C.

The minimum production dimensions are 40×20 mm, with a specific power of 2-5 W/cm², expandible up to 5 W/cm². The structure is also composed of an internal sheet metal, with high thermal conductivity, which guarantees maximum heat transmission to the mould on which the heater is installed, and an external plate resistant to high temperatures that ensures optimal thermal efficiency when compressed on the surface to be heated.

To facilitate installation, MIKASTRIP heaters are designed to be fixed by means of a counter-flange, which guarantee perfect contact with the surface to be heated, or they can be inserted directly into a preformed pit, eliminating the need for an external compression plate.

These heaters can be powered both single-phase and three-phase and are available according to the requirements of EC standards.
