MIKAPLAST heaters are made of continuous mica with a very low binder content and guarantee high performance up to working temperatures of 280 °C.

The minimum production dimensions are 70×20 mm, with specific powers of 2-5 W/cm², extendible up to 6 W/cm² in special cases. The structure is also composed of an internal sheet, with high thermal conductivity, which provides maximum heat transmission to the cylinder; and an external sheet resistant to high temperatures ensuring optimal thermal efficiency through a compressive action on the heating band.

These heaters can be powered both single-phase and three-phase and are available according to the requirements of EC standards.
