Ventilisorad are metal casings with internal fibre insulation, used in plasticising cylinders and extrusion lines. These products, which can be made of AISI 304, AISI 316 or aluminized steel, allow important energy savings.

In addition, they guarantee an efficiency of the heating and cooling phases of the extrusion processes. In fact, during the heating phase, they function as an insulatant, reducing heat dispersion and improving the overall energy efficiency of the process. In the cooling phase, however, they allow cold air to be conveyed, ensuring rapid cooling of the electrical resistances and the plasticising cylinder.

The product can also be supplied complete with electrical resistors, already wired according to the customer’s requests. In addition, on request, it can be supplied painted, equipped with temperature probes (such as, for example, thermocouples) and accessorised with thermally insulating mats (Isotex).
